It felt like Utah was just gassed after this series going into the WCF and didn’t stand much of a chance against Houston who had all the momentum on their side as they caught fire and started playing lights out after falling behind 0-2 to Phoenix

1994 Playoffs was once crazy season. Aside of MJ retired, lot of upsets happened, at west 8th seed upsets a 1st seed while at the east a 5th seed Pacers upsets the 1st seed Hawks. Both these teams almost did the impossible.✨✨✨

The only Game 7 played by the Nuggets franchise from 1979 to 2011. Nowadays they seem to play in Game 7s more than any other team.

Amazing play-offs by a young 8th seed Denver team. Beat Seattle in 5 in the first round and came back from 0-3 against the Jazz to force a game 7. Incredible stuff 👏

The Nuggets became just the second team (now four, so far) to force g7 after down 0-3.
The young and talented Nuggets are riding the wave of momentum after upsetting Seattle, the 1994 Playoffs’ overall top seed, the previous round after falling 0-2.

The team is another case of peaking at the right time, and seemed the trendsetter in today’s basketball that no series is insurmountable including an 0-3 deficit.

The first one happened in 1951, 43 years before Denver followed suit. The next occurred nine (9) years later (Portland), then 2023 (Boston).

May we see a first in our lifetime, even it would be embarrassing and heartbreaking to that 3-0 club.
