I hope you are fine and doing well.
I am a bit late today as I just came from my classes and I was busy all the day .
It must have been hard for you that you worked overtime for late hours which is not included in your daily healthy lifestyle as you always get back to your bed early and even you are an early riser waking up before dawn .
It is pretty normal for you to get tired and exhausted as it has not added enough 8 hours of sleeping which has terribly affected your sleep wake cycle for a day .
Please take enough rest to strengthen yourself up .
I know how it feels like to have less hours of sleeps . My eyes itches and stings a lot ,then my body weakens and everything I experience as I most often could sleep for 3 or 5 hours .
