Having bought from a number of wholesalers my first year, I won't even touch them anymore unless I'm handpicking the items myself as EVERY LAST ONE ripped me off one way or another with damaged or unsaleable goods. It's money back (at best) plus a waste disposal issue. Bales and bundles are basically where they palm off what's left after they've siphoned off all the cream for themselves. The law is set up to favour these scammers too, as wholesale law doesn't offer any possibility of a return even if they've completely ripped you off, you'd have to go through the bank for a chargeback and convince them that what you received didn't match the description.

From someone who’s dealt with returns, user error plays a big part, so hopefully all isn’t lost and a lot works fine when tested

We went on holiday once and put our cat in a catery n they had a dog kennels nextdoor....when collecting we noticed our cat barking like a dog for 2 weeks.
