Darren is a creep. He's dishonest, took food from others who really needed it. He should be charged and made to pay back every penny. Gavin needs to be let go and made to pay back all he gave to Darren. And yet, Charlotte-she gets turned away for food relief, when she works her ass off volunteering at A FOOD BANK! How screwed up is this??

“The right people”. How disgusting. She has 5 children, no income, and she’s still helping others by volunteering? And he’s accusing her of abusing the system? Disgusting.

Cannot believe that the young lady was advised to fall pregnant in order to get benefits. Good grief!

That was very brave of the reporter to ask Darren those things to his face. Amazing work done by anyone working for food banks as well as journalists telling these stories.

''Bear in mind I am not mature yet to have a child because I was in care''... That is the most mature thing I have heard coming out of anybody's mouth in a very long time!

I love the fact that the camera man or the narrator actually cared about the people in this documentary. Not many people would help the people they are filming. It’s good to see

The audacity of the social workers to tell that young girl to have a child , in order to have benefits. Wtffff! She's a human too

Charlotte must be close to 30 now but I wish her nothing but the best! Seems like such a sweet beautiful soul

The real hero here is the narrator he is so nice and offers them money and what’s more he confronted Darren for stealing from homeless people

Charlotte says she's not mature but she obviously is to volunteer to help people in her situation. :-(

when the girl strted talking about not having a sandwich because she will be hungry tomorrow, I wanted to cry. we are so blessed take so much for granted.

The man running the food bank needs a reality check. He allowed the abuser to keep abusing the system, and is punishing everyone else for it. He should be absolutely ashamed of himself for the way he treated those people! Good on the journalist for calling him on it!

Darren gets his food without a voucher, but that other woman goes to the food bank two or three times and is accused of abusing the service? Absurd.

I wonder where Charlotte is today, she was so lovely even with her circumstances.

Charlotte is an inspiration. Even the degree she has chosen will help others. Watching her has made me want to be kinder and less judgemental of others - what a lovely young lady!

So if Darren can steal from a food bank, how is he going to do being a delivery driver? Who can trust him to deliver it all?

I LOVE that the filmmakers questioned that guy that was taking advantage of the system.

Darren makes my skin crawl and omfg at him lying about his Son's Birthday !!

I fell in love with Charlotte and her capacity to help people who are experiencing financial hardship. She is mature, even though she says she is not.

Darren is taking the absolutely piss out this it really really annoys me 😤😤😤😤 I really hope Charlotte & Sandra get what they deserve
