Michelangelo said it best: "Genius is eternal patience". That means, in part, to 'never give up'. And to be 'eternally' patient with yourself. If you feel you have given up on yourself or your art, reframe things and talk kindly to yourself (and others, too, because we're all mirrors of ourselves). Make your way back.up on the horse. Noone can do what you do. There's only one of you.

Well I’m glad they focussed on truly the greats in art. As beyond them, it comes very muddled in money, prestige, place & time, and other hidden motives.

Always in awe of how much he created. The work he put in to creat everything he did is astounding.

Art is not a contest.

AI und echte Malerei haben nichts miteinander zu tun, es nimmt von der Genialität der Künstler weg.

To put Rembrandt and Van Gogh next to Michelangelo is insulting beyond belief.

Ironically, when Michaelangelo painted the Sisteen Chapel with the creation story, he painted over the stars. When everything and everything may have began with the big bang and in the heavens (the creation of the universe). We are all made of stardust.

Knowing more about Rembrandt personally kind of makes me not like him very much.

✨The master artists would not like AI recreating their paintings. Artists do not like any other hands touching their works . The reproductions would be received and recognized as a bad forgery in their eyes . The machine lacks the human touch that part of the creative spirit which is the element that is involved in the creation.
It’s the difference between listening to a real orchestra as compared to a recording. 😉👍
The AI lacks the life energy and depth of field that you attain from the paint on the canvas .
The master attained all their skills from their many years of practical experience. ❤️ 🕯️ 🖼️ 🎨🖌️👨‍🎨

It seems like this great british documentaries are obsessed in making Italians look british… Michelangelo probably didn’t look like that, did he?

The sketch, from inside out, to far out IN. Michael Angelos natural light source to spotlights through darkness as push here and Van Gogh to Push pin in light with accents of highlights and lowlights of contrast that suggest 'vivid' sublime depth without shouting with color

Not Van Gogh..

There is nothing more pathetic than the belief that art can be understood in any way through this approach... these three are merely poster boys promoted by "experts" to a "lay" audience that then imagines it knows something... it is no wonder that Elvis is regarded as a musician—like Bach, Mozart, or Zappa—or Jackson Pollock and Andy Warhol as painters...
