Hex builds are officially back. By locking down totems and punishing every single touch with Devour Hope, Haunted Ground, and NOED, survivors quickly learned that cleansing anything against this Ghostface was a death sentence.

I’ve been hoping that one day, the devs will do something about totem spawn locations. Like hide them a bit better. Some spawn locations for totems are ridiculous. But I guess it’s RNG.

Both styles of Hexes got huge support now that Thrill got reworked! Dominance is good for individually strong perks (like running Crowd Control and Blood Favor at the same time) but Shattered Hope makes the "Bulk" style of hexes good as well! (Say Plaything and Pentimento together) Now you could just use Dominance for both but I like shattered hope for the Boon interaction with Pentimento; you can flip a survivors boon into a Pentimento totem! It's gnarly.

This will make an effect of survivors just taking a month or two off until they change it. Just ride the wave and enjoy it while it’s here I guess.

I made a similar build on Nemesis, you could try it on Ghost Face too although one of the perks is a little better on Nemi. Ruin, surveillance, dominance and either undying or NOED. Surveillance ruin gives good regression and information. Dominance can protect it and undying just adds to that or NOED for the same reasons as you.

so I've been running this hex build since before the patch and now that it's here It's made my build just that much better
