I just came across Rue at my local nursery today and I had to bring it home. It has such a distinctive smell and fascinating history and uses! I'm very excited to learn morea about my new plant.

Oh, my goodness! Protection against other people's energy is every empath's dream! Thank you for mentioning this! I will spread the word. Now where do we buy this plant?

In Mexico, we place a plant in the front door for protection.

Now that i think of it my grandmother always drank Rue and never had eyesight problems. Her health  problems started when family pressured her to rely more on doctors, she never liked or wanted to go to doctors.

Used in Ethiopia ..a sprig in coffee tea or yogurt. Boiled in milk for children.

Very sacred to the latin culture as well. I grew up with it protecting us, now have 3. A must have in our family.

Thank you Ashley! Love these videos. Most old cultures have evil eye herbs, crystals & stones. It’s wonderful to learn about this particular one 💜🙏

I really love this video.
I bought rue the other day, not knowing that it has properties to clear the lungs (and nose). I bought it, and a few other herbs. When I got home I repotted my herbs into bigger pots and when I got to rue.... I felt like I really wanted to smell it. So I squeezed a leaf gently between my fingers and smelt my finger tips and wow! Did it open up my nasal passages and it was like my throat had opened aswell. Let me tell you, I'm an asthmatic, and for the rest of that day we'll into the next morning my nose and throat felt clear. Like I had a vapour rub infront of me. I've decided to be careful with rue, as it is very strong even as a small plant. But I know it's very helpful and I do believe it does have insecticide properties as cockroaches have been scarce since adding it to my backyard herb collection. Really enjoyed this informative video thankyou! 🙏

Amazing, thank you! I will look for it! 🙏🏻

Watching from Uganda

What a great video Ashley my mom likes to infuse rue in rubbing alcohol, she uses it for join pain. She told me that my great grandmother treasure this plant.

Thank you for sharing:)

Awesome!!!

I’ve been working with Rue for many years & I could relate to so much of this information. Thanks for a great video ⭐️🌿⭐️

Thanks for your video. I’m Italian and the thing about evil eye has always been very strong, “il malocchio” 😬😊
Always learning something new thanks to the information you share with us 🙏 And the amulet is beautiful!!!!

Rue is the medical plant by excellence

This is so educational

I take rue pellets for arthritis, but I also am currently making rue oil in olive oil with a bit of salt for an arthritis salve. I keep a plant and I keep some rue oil in a jar on my beds headboard and I do have to say that Ive been sleeping better. I always sleep peacefully near rue.

Wonderful video ❤️❤️❤️

Great video you have given me some more information.
