This new sub-genre of furry convention vlogs from non-furries is honestly the BEST! Today we'll be going over another video on here about a normie or non-furry who went to a furry convention for the first time and showcased their experiences and fun times they had there!

Hey, Preston here! Thank you for the kind words, I really really truly honestly had a great time and if you’re going next year… maybe, just maybe I will return to Anthro New England again! And we will have a conversation about synthesizers. Thank you all for watching! (I’m going to Pax EAST this month so be on the look out for that video!)

EBay for fursuits is like handing your money to a wanted criminal.

"Why? How do you know?"

"HOW DO YOU KNOWE-"

It’s honestly sad how many people use images of other people’s fursuits on eBay and scam people who don’t know 😭 other than that, great video beta!! 😃

My personal favorite is people going to furry conventions dressed as the Team Fortress 2 spy with a furry mask

A circuit board repair panel at a furry con makes so much sense, considering that whenever someone does the "What's your job" video, like 9/10 people there are in IT.. That's honestly funny as shit...

Easily the most enjoyable "normie furry convention" video ive watched, he seemed to fit in with everyone so naturally and looked like he was having so much fun. Love to see it

Heh, regarding the synth bit, given how many musicians are at furry raves, it really is not impossible a Synth meetup could actually be about Electronic Music, just less likely.

One of my favorite MFF2023 videos was from a non-furry who just exited an event that he was attending, and suddenly "wtf furries". So he wandered around respectfully interviewing a bunch of fursuiters.

As someone who makes cosplay implements, I learned a long time ago not to trust eBay for anything expensive.

I remember a couple in their 70s wandered into Anthrocon to get to the desk and get a room, and it was the most wholesome thing ever because we all had our suits on but also wanted to be helpful. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was just awesome.

Honestly, missed opportunity that there isn't a band made up of synths playing synths.

LOL! I admire his dedication in getting the “somewhat cringy” fursuit to be in the in-crowd. 🤣 He deserves much credit for his video, regardless. 👏

17:52 AHHH THATS ME HUGGING THE COW!!!!!! So wild seeing myself here, i didnt even know he was recording at first lol 😂

As long as it's them not trying to farm for cringe content, yah it's pretty entertaining to see normies go to a furry con. It's a neat outside perspective that we as furries can't really experience ourselves

Dragons Dojo was the name of it. Sweet things was the winner gave their medal to someone else because in their opinion was better and should've won
Super wholesome :)

I live by "if it doesn't hurt me and it doesn't hurt you, it ain't a problem" I'm not a furry myself, I have one friend who is, also one of the nicer groups I've gotten to see

"Random puts on costume and enjoys anonymity" and now you understand 😂

12:34 It almost always catches me off guard at first how much fullsuits can cost, but the logistics part of my brain takes into account materials, tools and time and goes; "Yeah... That makes sense."

I went to Anthrocon 2023 because, in spite of a long history of enjoying works like Lackadaisy and Beastars, I've never entirely been sure if I'm actually "A Furry" and wanted to throw myself into the fray to see if it was for me -- still not 100% sure, but it was a rad convention and the vibes were awesome
