Albania is beautiful! From what I have heard the people are the best in the world! The house is just perfect. Thank you for sharing this video.

Villages in Albanian are very very remote with no services around so that needs to be clear

Would be interesting to see other house tours nearer or in the cities

Perfect size and strong built. It doesn't need much except some paint,  maybe minor repairs. Maybe a small truck.

As for my opinion the house looks fine the way it is. I'd buy it if I lived there and could buy it. Right size for one person.

🙏🏼🇦🇱 Hello 👋 from USA 🇺🇸 my dad was born in Albanian 🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💜💜💙💙👍👍

Appreciate I have been watching you from long time your property content is best ever on YouTube brother ❤️

Mathafaaak! I thought you were filming the house of my grandma😂🤣

That's it!  It's very simple but beautiful house. If I move to Albania if I had the money I would love to live there. A simple lovely life with my cat. You didn't mention the Wi-Fi situation or if there is an ATM machine to get money out to buy groceries.

Looks like the entire property could be cleaned with a pressure washer sprayer on the roof and the outside areas. And then inside just some paint and gentle TLC. I'm loving the citrus trees in the yard that is so awesome. :)

Good morning. Beautiful house. ZAman Australia SYDNEY

Too good to be True, if the natives want to sell it quickly or leave.

Be cautious.

Thanks again for the video!

It’s a nice house with the garden for a reasonable price

Nice. I give 15k ...

Nice property ❤❤❤

Online for foreigners price,  even when face to face tbh.

Please make videos on low prices houses far away from the city

I think if you’re the right person, this would be perfect. A lot of people like it. I know a little bit about Albania because I love Albanian folklore, even though I am not Albanian at all. I would really like to visit Albania.C I would especially like to come during the folklore festival. I prefer tosk music but Gheg is cool. Haha.

I like it just as it is. In fact I would possibly buy it but I have not been able to sell my property in Hungary yet.

Let alone the day to day struggles to deal with the on and off with electricity or many internet and it takes 1 stormy day to have a whole week of no electricity and old lines overall, but the drinking watwr pipeline is probably 30 years old and you may or may not have 2 hours of water. Most houses in village have wells, but may also struggle with a dead life at nights since most villages sleep early and some or a lot of noises early in morning, the only 1 local bar in village and most groceries you need to do in city. Overall it is not for everyone and people should understand that it has it's perks if you want a more remote and disconnected life. Village is not for everyone especially you need to understand that there are many problems with buying a land in albania. Don't just go randomly too but ask the people around and check for yourself
