this show says a lot about society. its the classic "be yourself, as long as yourself is like everyone else."

There’s so much passive aggressiveness on that show goddamn 💀

The "new" looks they got..they definitely did that on purpose to say "They still look weird, even when dressed normal"
Also, good doggo.

Ah yes. The show that turns your custom character into a generic NPC. These British shows got no filter, which is normal in England lol

being sick part real af, but same on that part of like feeling kinda iffy abt these kinda shows. To me all it really is, IS a bunch of normies taking away peoples individuality and calling it a “glow up” or “makeover” and lot of the time they’re hella passively aggressive towards the people on the show

that makeover was a straight violation fr 😭

remember kids, different = wong lol

I remember this show, always thought it was a weird one

I am part of Emily's Patreon and we have Google meet calls etc each week and she is honestly as wonderful offline as she is online and I now class her as a good friend.

Her now husband and her are both wonderful and have a child. Such a beautiful family. 🖤🖤🖤🖤

This is so funny to me. I dated him for about 3 months in 1999 when I was 17, and he was 19 at the time.

When this episode first aired, and it said he was 26, I was 29 at the time. So no, Karl love. You weren't 26. You were at least 31 at the time. Be honest.

Sad thing is Carl passed away. Emily is married to her husband, Ben. Their daughter's name is Violet. Lovely family.

The reason the Marylin Manson will have been played on their segment is because they were "noticed" at one of his gigs, they didn't put themselves forward to be on the programme because it was the first episode they went out looking for people to appear, once the show was known people applied or were nominated by family, friend, partners etc

The guy turned out to be an utter douche

I got my bellybutton pierced at 12 as well. My mom thought it would appease me because I already wanted facial piercings. By the time I was 14, she let me start with the face. Lol I began babysitting as much as I could to get all the piercings that I wanted.
I think my mom understood it was probably going to be something I would always want - and she was right. I'm in my early 30's and if life obligations didn't demand otherwise, I would still have all of them.

from 8:46 6:05 you can see pooki behind the door lol

Love emily

Happy new year Alyssa

As a Brit I always found it so funny that jenny frost presented this show since she was part of a girl group that was always tangoed! ( orange cos of their fake tan)

So this show you’re talking about is pretty much similar to Geordie Shore interesting and Jesus Christ of all those piercings on her face I wouldn’t want to get close to a magnet 😅

I love how you did your make up
