I just KNEW that TC would run like a dream 🙌 129K miles is NOTHING to a Panther platform. As long as someone changes the oil, and the car lives somewhere without salt/snow, it'll live forever.
Thanks, Randy & Nick, hope you're enjoying your weekend 🖖🙏🇨🇦

The little toggle switch dims and brightens the dash lights. That will make someone a very good car! I've driven Town Cars for over 36 years! I have a 2006 now.

STEREO “FIX”!

The stereo is in “Demonstration” mode, and that happens every time your battery flattens. I’m not 100% sure as I’ve got no idea what make and model it is, but I THINK you might be able to just pop the facia off by pressing the button on the top right?
Though it’s not “factory” and is damn ugly, it’ll look a lot better when you set it to a very similar green as the rest of the dash lights 👍😁 … talking of which, is that toggle switch to the extreme left on the dash simply a switch to brighten or dim your clocks?

Mate, I truly do love the amount of love there is between you & Nick shafe, and the pride you show whenever you have him helping you. That’s the kinda stuff it’s impossible to fake, and hopefully not something the “TwatTrolls” try to get at you with.
So a big OI OI!!! To Nick, good to see ya again fella!!
Take care fella’s 😁

It probably sat under a carport where the sun temporarily hit that side of in the day.

I love to see Nick back!! I wonder how he feels about his dad having a car lot and I’m sure he loves helping you part time !!

All the minor wrecks reminds me of my grandfather and his Town Car. He was a very impatient driver and had a tight garage so it was frequently in the body shop.

When I worked at Roy Rogers back in High School, my manager had a Bronco II. She was getting off work and hit a cow with it on the way home. The front was smashed clean to the door on the passenger side. Luckily she wasn't hurt. The cow didn't make it.

Congrats bud you worked for this ❤🎉

About the stereo: go into settings and take it off "demo" mode and then pic the solid color you like best.  I think yellow or orange to match the clock and gauges.  I agree that flashing is a distraction.

Good to see you guys together again, time with your son is very important. Much success to you both.

Always a treat to see Nick! We got some serious flooding here in Dallas from the storms.

Town cars truly are nice. Have fun with it b4 you sell it.

It cracks me up how excited you are when things work lol

You got another great one Randy. Just a tip, if you fiddle with the radio you can stop the ambient lighting from flashing. 😎👌👍

Thanks Fellas For Dropping Another Awesome Video Appreciate Yall . Sweet Ride Congratulations Old School  Cars ALWAYS Better Than Any New Plastic ones

Us generation X people would like to have this Cartier Lincoln .
I myself would love to have it.
No touchscreen to stop working.
Unfortunately I'm in Oregon and the shipping would be expensive.
Nick has grown up and is a good young man. You have instilled much car knowledge in your son.

Out of the 6 town cars my grandparents had I thought as a little kid to an adult all of them rode down the road amazing

Hey Randy the Lincoln Town Car came in these models.

Over its production run from 1981 to 2011, the Town Car was offered in several luxury trim levels and special editions:

• Executive: The entry-level model, heavily favored by commercial fleets, rental companies, and limousine operators (later offered as the long-wheelbase Executive L).

• Signature Series: A popular mid-tier trim adding extensive luxury upgrades, leather seating, and premium electronics.

• Signature Limited: A higher-end retail trim featuring upgraded audio, heated seats, and specialized wheels.

• Signature L: An extended-wheelbase version adding six inches of legroom for rear passengers.

• Cartier: The top-of-the-line flagship luxury trim, known for exclusive interior finishes and designer badging (discontinued after 2003).

• Designer Series: Offered during various production years featuring distinct two-tone paint options and unique interior trim packages.

• Special Editions: Included rare designer and commemorative releases like the Jack Nicklaus Edition and the Gucci Edition.

Hopefully this helped you my father used to own 2 Town Cars he had a 92 Town Car Signature Series and then he had 2000 Town Car Signature Series.

My middle school social studies teacher Mrs. Sheffield had one of these in sliver but her one was a Executive trim. This is indeed the highest trim level I seen a gentleman drive a sliver Cartier yesterday here in Waycross

I would ask $4K!

Agree regarding replacement of the aftermarket radio with an OEM unit - you should be able to find one for less that $100.

Good luck with the rain, I am on the east coast and we got hammered last weekend!
