I tried TWO viral alcohol marker techniques on a page from Coco Wyo's Spooky Cutie — and I absolutely LOVE how this one turned out!

In this coached colour-along, I'm experimenting with a paint spill technique and a colourful gradient/rainbow technique using my Ohuhu alcohol markers. I also used a black Woomer colour pencil, black fineliner and white gel pen to finish everything off.

For the first technique, I created a colourful "paint spill" while keeping the rest of the page in grayscale. For the second, I used yellow, orange, red and purple to create a rainbow-like gradient across the elements of the page.

I honestly wasn't expecting the grayscale and bright colours to work quite this well together!

Thank you for joining me for another coached colour-along. I hope you had as much fun watching as I did colouring this page. Happy colouring!

OHUHU MARKERS USED: Y050; Y4; YR090; R150; R170; V210; CGll00; CG2; CGll04; CGll08 (I also used my black Woomer colour pencil, black fine liner and a white gel pen)
