I've rewatched that ending so many times, yet every time I see him win, I still get tears in my eyes.
Truly the greatest athlete in the world, the one and only Novak.

Perhaps one of the greatest win in Novak’s career (the emotions of his team and Nole himself at the end speaks volume).
He came into the match luckily in the best possible shape with a fresh body and playing in his favorite playground at nightfall. The level he displayed that night is nothing short of exceptional. Sinner was not only the huge favorite to win this one but on a great run since the end of the previous season. To be able to beat prime Sinner at Novak’s age is a testament to his legacy and GOAT’s status !

Seeing Novak staring at the trophy image at the start with that music makes me feel oddly emotional, knowing what he had done in this match

Whenever I feel depressed and need motivation in my life, I will come and watch this match just to see how an incredible man who completed Tennis and has tons of Gold and money is still fighting on court at 39 to win when he can leisrurely watch a tennis match resting in an arm chair🎉

"its been a long time since novak has won a major" made me tear up a bit😢

This killed all that talk of Sinner being better than prime Djokovic. Djokovic is almost 39 here. No way he could touch prime Djokovic. What a great performance by Djokovic. The GOAT!

I will always remember this match-out of this world - even better than Olympics, where I cried also - but this one - a 5 setter at this time of his career - unbelievable! I was high after - and soooo happy! thank you Nole for putting in this effort! love you!
