a real band, live on stage. How refreshing.

Kudos to CBC Music for not messing with the live version before releasing an official version.

These men mourned the loss of their friend for years. They still are.
They love him and they love the music the three of them created.
They have decided to play.
They chose a woman who is talented beyond the stratosphere.
I teared up big time watching them play at the Juno awards.

Anika has been under constant and ugly scrutiny from "fans", and will continue to be.

Then, there's the rest of us, who dove in, discovered all we could about her, and now she is less than a month away from the journey of her life, with two of the best guys she could have ever met.

I'm going to both Cleveland shows in September, merch up big time, and have the time of my life.

Long live Rush! 🤘🤘🤘

BTW, Fil, they are touring 2026 and 2027, beginning next month.

The fact that the majority of the Rush fandom is welcoming Annika with open arms is heartening. Her skill is impressive, and she's the next generation of prog power. :D

So glad Alex and Geddy are out performing their life's work again, and honoring Neil while also showcasing his own life's work again. Bringing it all back to life.

The beauty of live is the imperfections of performing live.

Oh thank god nobody messed with ‘perfecting’ Rush, they are unique and perfect just the way they are!

It's awesome that Geddy is getting praised for his vocals. He has a unique voice and hope it lasts as long as he wants to sing.

Nobody's shattering the illusion of integrity with these guys (and lady).  I hope they conquer the world with this tour, and I'm sure they will.

How does it feel to actually be analyzing a video that is completely legit? I'm not surprised that it's Rush!

Geddy Lee will be 73 this year. Incredible he is still able to sing the way he does. ♥️✌🏼🇨🇦

A friend works for them. They are very nice dudes. Remember that

Big Rush fan here.  Appreciate your analysis and happy to hear you confirm that it was indeed live!

71 years old? The dude puts in time to  get it right. He works with coaches and voice teachers so that he can do a credible job live, even five decades on.

the smile on your face Fil......says it all.

I saw them 2 times in Fort Worth on this tour so far, I am going to San Antonio, and Tampa as well... I can't get enough!  They are so authentic and bad ass!

The beauty of "Finding my way" is it was the first song on the first album with John Rutsey on percussions.  Starting over from square one with no pressure on Anika Niles in NPs shadow.  It shows the wisdom in the whole choice to come back for 50 something.  Great analysis bro!  Love the vids.

Rush is one of those bands that just instantly transports you right back to the 70s and 80s. RIP Neil Peart.

1:08  Phil's smile gives away that this is totally live.   :)   I can't imagine RUSH miming or autotune when introducing a new drummer and starting a world tour.  That would be too disappointing.

He’s been sounding a lot better on the new tour. I’m impressed. He sounds a lot better on this tour than he did the last tour. Supposedly he’s been using a vocal coach!
