The Orvis coat is high dollar brand

Bombay socks aren't cheap.  They donate one pair for every pair sold.  Cool find!

Bombas are expensive good quality socks. They donate a pair for every pair purchased.

Some of the clothes are high end - check EVERYTHING! Before donating.

The "Release the kraken" shirt is advertisement for Rum! So you might have a nice drink and sell that for whatever 5$ or so^^

Take those boxes  to the flea. You'd be surprised what sells, people love to sift through boxes. donate the rest. jmo

I get the feeling this person with someone who would help the homeless and spend time giving away supplies to them it just seems like a good person had this storage

Lynne here. I’d love it if you could let us know how much you eventually make on this unit. I know it’s not only about the profit but it might be interesting if you did a recap on what happened to all the stuff. Keep doing you Rene, you’re awesome.

I would check all the brands on the clothes and donate the non branded clothes. The branded clothes are worth a few dollars to the right person

Wow, cleanest locker I’ve seen in a while!

Well you finally got a unit and not too bad. This Bomba socks are expensive and the Mike Tyson tee shirt is awesome. Fun little unit and you easily made your money back and then some. ❤️

So glad your channelis growing, and to see you
happy.

You hit paydirt with the Bombas socks alone!! Great scores

You'll look good in that hat if it fits.

I really love your hair, that cut really fits you!!❤❤

You finally got a storage unit! So cool. You might get something on the “Release the Kracken” shirt too - it rang a bell so I googled it and it’s a song/album.

The Bamba socks are a great find.

Storage auctions are great if you find enough decent items to cover the costs of the lockers (some locker auctions run into the $100s & beyond) and if you have the time and energy to dump whatever garbage the former locker renters have left behind, then, go for it. Some of the YouTubers who do locker auctions, have to pay to dump their locker discards. Guess that depends on the states they live in?

It's a lot of hard work. Years ago, I did a few flea markets, in the beginning, it was fun, but some buyers are absolutely ridiculous, many were trying to get brand new items for practically nothing. One guy offered me $1 for two working stereo speakers! I watch a few YT storage locker Sellers, the time and effort these people put into emptying out the lockers, researching the price ranges they can re-sell the items for, then, hopefully selling the good items they find, basically, there's a LOT of time & money involved. This is definitely a full time job. Some of these YT Sellers have to hope they will break even. Unless the Sellers make a very decent profit, sadly, sometimes it's a lot of hard work for little reward. GOOD LUCK with your endeavors!

Great unboxing RENEE!! Some Jean's ESPECIALLY LEVI'S  COST BIG BUCKS !!🥰🥰👍

the salvation army boxes are made up of what one person  needs during a disaster and have nothing. The boxes are donated to help people in need
