What an honour it would be to train with the legend Frank Mir. Also what a nightmare Brian would be as a proficient grappler oh lawd.

“Teaching jiu jitsu to big guys is like giving wings to a serpent” was a such a perfect line
😂😂

Watching nick giggle at mma was the highlight of my day 😂 the way brian picks grown men up like children is hilarious.

Seeing how good of student Brian is really makes you understand why he is a 4 time World Strongest Man. He’s going to be extremely lethal in no time.

Not only is Brian crazy strong but I really like how he actually asks so many questions to frank

I'm so glad Brian is like one of the friendliest guys out there because he'd be a monster with intent. 😂

"Whoever taught you that did a really good job"

It was only Gordon Ryan 😂😂

For anyone unfamiliar with Frank Mir he was basically the first American Heavy Weight in MMA to successfully use high level Jiu Jitsu on a regular basis. Guys knew to tap when he locked in a submission hold because he didn't hesitate to break a bone and choke someone unconscious if they decided to be a hero and try to fight their way out. Frank Mir is an absolute legend.

I love watching Frank train people. What a great teacher.

Frank is really good at getting these ideas across, and he's constantly thinking about adapting this to Brian's size. He's a legend for a reason.

What an awesome opportunity for you brian! Frank has one of the best minds for MMA!

Love seeing nick best pop up he seems to be the nicest geezer, it's also good to see Frank back to full health and his arm looks loads better

Always love seeing the reaction of the guys getting picked up like its nothing when they are used to being on the ground

Everybody is willing to teach Brian, who will never have to fight him. He's scary as hell untrained, but will be a legendary monster after all the OG's teach him techniques. We're all excited to see his first match!

I like how the first thing that Brian does when he picks someone up is start walking. Just like in strongman competition except they are not as heavy as the weights he carried.

Brian is dead serious about this. Mir is the perfect guy to learn from. Awesome to see.

Brian is so sweet. He stops to ask Nick Best are you OK? I don’t wanna hurt you. it’s crazy to see him during the hurt business. Good luck out there!!

What a freakin honor to learn from probably the best UFC heavey weight BJJ guy. He's got those tricks that work for big guys.

Brian focusing on learning from grapplers and wrestlers is so cool, already planning to learn everything where his size and strength is gonna matter the most.

Nick's laugh instantly brought a smile to my face. 😊
