Look out For Stuart Reacts Up Close Dimash Qudaibergan , Behind The voice , Premieres 22/08/26 8.30PM UK Time

Tx for reacting to our beloved Dimash.  You are appreciated.  GREETINGS FROM SOUTH AFRICA

Thank you for sharing your reaction to SOS: d'un Terrien en Detresse. I'm looking forward to the next two in your Dimash day trilogy.
There are many different performances of this song, and this version is from the Dimash Digital Show which took place during the pandemic. The entire show was filmed inside a high-tech virtual production pavilion in Kazakhstan. All songs were performed live and the filming took a day and a half. It was edited and later streamed on the TIXR platform. For a nominal fee that was donated to charity, fans watched the 90-minute show featuring 19 songs (2 were instrumentals), and they are all fantastic performances! It was designed to bring the atmosphere of a large, live concert into the homes of fans worldwide who were sitting at home due to Covid restrictions.

Stuart,
This is Dimash’s signature song or some have called it his calling card song. He has been singing SOS since he was 15 years old. In fact, there is a video showing the progression of SOS sung by him over many years. It’s interesting, as you see the improvement of his voice and the changes he makes to the song over the years.
This song came from a French Canadian musical from the 1970s called Starmania.
Other Dears will tell you the history of this song.
This video is from his Digital Show which he performed online during the pandemic. Someone here have given a good account regarding this.
Oh by the way Dimash doesn’t speak French. He only knows a few words. He has sung in 16 languages which he learns to sing phonetically and he is also a multi instrumentalist .
I enjoyed your reaction and love to see you continue to react to this perfect singer, so I therefore look forward to the other two reactions. I’ve subscribed.
Your pronunciation of his name is now spot on!
