"if a pokemon faints you can't catch it anymore"

sword and shield raids: "we don't do that here"

The original reason you didn't receive the other starter in the red and blue (or green if you are from japan) is because the original final boss, Professor Oak, would battle you at the end of the game using that starter

I like that they were surfing on a Rhydon BECAUSE he is a Groud type. Since he was going to electrify the water, he needed to be on a “isolating” pokemon.
That one was really smart indeed!

“Both of Ashes Pokemon are water types which are totally weak against fire types”.
Brock, a gym leader.

For people who don't know, you'd have to watch almost all of the Dorkly Pokémon videos to understand the Shuckle thing going on. It's really deep, and it makes you love Shuckle even more

Bro, that trainer shared a bike with his cyther, he game him so much, praise this trainer, with the best friend ever award

“There is a next place, and when we get there, how about you don’t call me ‘boss’ anymore, and call me...’friend’”

5:00 this is actually referring to the Pokemon disappointed by their evolutions video.

Oak riding the bike inside after always telling you it’s not the place for that whenever you’re inside 😂

Adrive: talks about how it's harder to weaken and then catch them
False swipe: am I a joke to you

When I saw the full series, I literally shed some tears when I saw the last part.

You can actually fight professor oak later in the game who has the bulbisaur fully evolved at like level 80. Thats the theory behind the third one and where it goes

@PansyPops 6 years ago (edited)

5:01 if you don’t get the reference, it’s joking about the “Pokemon meeting their evolutions” animation. It keeps on wanting to evolve, and at the end it pretty much dies and gets reborn as a ditto.
