This has definitely been my biggest project to date. The sheer amount of footage I went through was absolutely crazy. I originally ended up with a total of 88 cuts (3:40:00 in length), which I then trimmed down to around 52 minutes of footage, which I then trimmed down again to what you see here. Notes below.
edit: Looks like the video chapters aren't working because the DDLC/Outlast stuff got age restricted. Thanks, YouTube...
edit2: The chapters are back online!

Notes:
33:35 Fubuki actually misread the graph. 55.9 refers to how many Magikarp she encountered per hour on average during the first 8 days.

I haven't used any footage from days 19 and 22 for this compilation.

Omg flare's foreshadowing came true 🤣 she got 2 shiny Magikarp

No way you actually watched 27 days worth of stream just for this clip, you madlad, that's insane like wtf

And you know what's sad (and funny) too, a few hours of playing later, she's trying to fish up a Feebas and she finds another Shiny Magikarp!!!
The desire sensor is real.
I'm so proud of you Fuubs!!! ^_^

31:56
this Madfox got fuckin Pokerus before she found a shiny. that's some insane RNG

Headline: Local fox goes crazy fishing.

14:14 The Wi-Fi bit killed me.

"It'd be nice if I caught one before midnight."
Well she just set herself up didn't she

One of the most memorable sagas I have seen in hololive to this day. This definitely has been both fun and really arduous for both fans and Fubuki. As the days went by, you could tell that she got more and more frustrated. And she couldn't bring herself to stop, not because she didn't had her shiny until the 27th day, but more like from all the support she had from people all around the world. Some superchats I have seen during her streams were so emotional, I have seen one person in particular that had been depressed for a long time and seeing her keep trying her best day after day, Karp after karp, allowed that person to get out of bed and try harder for himself too. The moment she got her actual Magikarp, im pretty sure that a lot of fans like me cried their hearts out from the sense of accomplishment that friend had achieved. Thank you so much for this herculean effort going through hours of streams.

I really love fubuki. she can do nothing and still entertains me.

Coco's ghost got me so hard  in the feels T^T. But this was a crazy journey for fubuki im glad she got her Golden king koi.

"VTuber of the pool, what is your wisdom?"
[0:53] "Akai na..."

It took 13.5 days for that first Magikarp to find her buddy as Fubuki requested, and another 13.5 to swim back...

31:08 That's the sexiest voice I've ever heard.

I actually kinda miss these streams, since she was streaming so late at night for her it would run through most of my morning so I could listen in while at work. But just like Kanata with her blue axolotl saga and Aruran with his, FBK's persistence paid off. Poor Flare resetting for her shiny Chimchar never actually got it. Thanks for the translations, VZ!

Can we talk about that clean Coco imitation that Flare pulled off at 7:18? Sugokunai?

One of my absolutely most favorite arcs to date, compressed, compiled and translated into a neat ~37 minute clip?
Words cannot express just how grateful I am to you for doing this. Yet, I'll try:
Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication! I'm glad you did something like this out of the abundance of "Akai na~" streams! These will definitely go down in Hololive history.
Once again, thank you!

I will never see a Magikarp and not hear "Akai na~" in the back of my head.

36 minutes of high quality translation, nothing beats that. Thanks for the video, you definitely did her streams justice for us overseas viewers!

and she got verified shortly after for good measure

"Oh, Jesus!"
