Yummy - everything you recommended looks really good and so inviting. We will keep this in mind when we return to Fukuoka in the future - maybe 2026. I heard the Osaka Expo is in 2025 April to Nov so I expect more crowds in Japan, so I will avoid Fukuoka next year. We visit Japan once a year at least.
