I’m coming back to lifting after rotator cuff surgery and aiming for my first ever 140kg bench

Excellent work, real progress indeed 🎉🎉 cheers 🍻

Great lift on the 154kg x 3 well done Steve 💪

Great video - as per !

New sub, way to go with 154! A good flat bench is crucial!

Alright Mate. 46yr old dreaming of 120-140-160 bench!
Just done 110kg 1rep max. After starting in January. No previous experience.

Great training my friend 🏋️‍♂️ 💪

Excellent video, Training as best I can here, thanks for motivation. Persevere is the moto of the part of Edinburgh i grew up in Leith 😊

Great work. We'll done 👍💪. I really enjoy following your weekly progression, whilst in tandem trying to keep adding a rep of a little weight each week myself.

That 170 will be with you before you know it

nice lifts. you have quite strong triceps. you are able to bench that much with such a narrow grip is wild ;) I think, you could improve your starting Position a little bit, which would be good for an additional 5kg on the bench, but if you are fine with it, just keep going :)

Do you do anything for a speed/power session in your week, all your lifts look the same speed my friend, working with bands anything like that?
what about deload, recovery?
Strong boy steve1

Are you using gear or TRT for your prep?"

Отличная скамейка, поздравляю!
Какой у вас общий стаж тренировок?

Have you tried comping across the border since your British IPF
