an observatory would go great on the top of the hill

Super tiny suggestion, but some transparent red bricks on top of the power lines to represent safety lights for planes would be a great touch of realism!

4:50 very small detail but I think the power plant needs those “Danger” signs on the fence

Surreal that you already need to expand again. To me it feels like months ago that you moved into your new space and had so much blank area to work with! Time flies when worldbuilding

You can put an observatory on the top of the hill.

Typically, in substations or other sorts of outdoor electrical components, they put gravel and such down to ensure no grass or weeds grow through and interfere. Might help make the substation detail pop a little more amidst the forest too

By far the best Lego city around

With long distance electrical towers, there aren't any trees in the paths where the towers take. It's to prevent trees from catching fire as wells as maintenance workers having easier access to the towers during repairs. I would remove the trees and replace them with grass.

My suggestion to make the landscape more alive would be to make the trees a bit more different. Have some dead ones, some taller, and not perfect. That would give a feeling of a living and realistic forest. Also maybe mix the type of trees, both colours and spices. 😊

You should remove all the trees bellow the power lines as you don’t want them to grow into them and topple them. You can add smaller bushes bellow the power lines and you should add lines connecting them and signs to alert people of a power house so people don’t break in and add fences.

Great job with this and I can’t wait for the next episode!

Some sort of hiking trail and overlook on the hill would be really cool to see.

i think a firewatch tower could look nice on top of the mountain in the back

electrical substations/transformers usually have gravel on the floor around them to reduce electrical potential (or something like that) to prevent any incidents from occurring, so that would be cool to see added

In California on top of some mountains, we have Ranger stations that are elevated bungalows that also operate as firewatch stations to watch for fires before drones and satellites became out, but they still use about 60 firewatch stations that are banned year-round that would look cool on top of the mountainand makes sense to be up there

Trees don’t often grow just a single species in one place unless it’s a tree plantation. There’s always at least a few other trees mixed in. It looks really nice where you have the dark and light trees blending together, and I think that’s because it looks more natural than the mountain which is all a single type of tree.

Hey! Loved the idea of radio towers being high atop mountains or at least aerial dishes. Wind turbines would look cool too

I’d recommend putting a higher barbed wire fence around the substation. It’s a dangerous high voltage area, and needs to be protected as such

You can add wind turbines on the empty part of the hill

You should remove the trees between the powerline-towers. Right underneath the powerlines connecting them, it is much more realistic :)

Perfect timing i was about to eat

Castle tower ruins to show how the castle on the other hill won a war against them in the past
