Inaccuracies: 1. Winter war happened in 1940, not 1937 2. Sudetenland happened before the invasion 3. Hungary didn’t get southern Slovakia. They do get it later bout should’ve happened earlier 4. Germany didn’t take Memel before invading Poland (they did in 1939) 5. Vilnius wasnt given to Lithuania 6. No encirclement in Dunkirk 7. Weird looking invasion of France 8. Inaccurate Vichy France border 9. Albania was taken in 1939 10. Yugoslavia was invaded after the invasion of Greece, not before 11. No Soviet counteroffensive in 1941-1942 12. Leningrad fell (it shouldn’t have) 13. Germany tries invading the Caucasus in 1941 (should’ve happened in 1942) 14. Order 227 was given earlier, during the battle of Stalingrad 15. Too much land taken from Germany [5:06] 16. The allies shouldn’t have advanced that quickly. [5:23] 17. Italy surrendered around 5:23 18. The allies broke out of Normandy and went to the west, not to take Paris. [5:55] 19. The soviets did not take land from Yugoslavia [6:18] 20. The allies were not that close to Berlin [7:15] 21. Allies had more land in the south [8:02]
I see 3 mistakes: 1. A city of Leningrad (Saints-Peterburg) never falls in Great Patriotic War. It's was surrounded by fins and germans forces, but stand untill release from blockade by soviet forces in january 27, 1944. I recommend reading about the "Road of Life" and the Siege of Leningrad in general. It is a very interesting and harrowing episode of the entire Eastern Campaign. 2. Order 227 "not a step back" was declared in a progress of battle of Stalingrad. ("Not a step back" refers to an order that authorized the summary execution of deserters and forbade commanders from withdrawing from their positions without authorization). Not in 1943 while soviets forces was were advancing. And actuality u forgot to show "Kursk Salient", becuse it's was a a crucial battle, after which the Germans were unable to recover and were forced into a purely defensive posture.
3. U don't show the meeting of soviet and american troops on the Elbe in april of 1945. It's was near of the Berlin on Elbe river. I don't really have much to say.
Well, but if close eyes on it. Video is realy cool! You have done a great job!
