Im live on twitch three times  a week Saturday Wednesday Monday at 6pm est come say hi I also upload here atleast 3 times a week ❤ please drop a follow it means alot

Okay. Quick explanation, but this is NOT vanilla skyblock. This is a minecraft server called Hypixel, and they made their own version of skyblock which is very VERY different, much more like an mmo rpg built in the limitations of minecraft. Its multiplayer and everything, I would recommend if you are going to finish the potato war trilogy, you should watch his entire skyblock series afterwards.

This is the first video in the Great Potato War trilogy...
You've GOTTA watch the rest!

20:50 basically, he shifted to farming potatoes so he could get Hot Potato Books, and when he was done saw he was rank #50 in potato farming, so he just decided he was close enough in the rankings to #1 that he was just going to take it.

RIP our king pig.

Technoblade never dies! Except that one time he died but other than that one he never dies!

He said at the start.  He was farming a ton of potatoes, to make them into a special server type enchamnent. and saw he was top 50, so he like ill be #1

TECHNOBLADE NEVER DIES!!!!! BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!!!!!

16:19 essentially, enchanted items in Hypixel Skyblock that are not your traditional tools are super compressed items. That stack of 64 enchanted baked potatoes is in reality hundreds of thousands of baked potatoes.

You definitely need to watch Potato War part 2 and 3 now. This trilogy was legendary to see it happen in real time. RIP Techno

she's a bit confused but she's got the spirit is the best way to describe her lol, it's pretty cute and funny. also would be peak if you watched the whole trilogy

It’s still so… surreal to know that it’s been 4 whole years without him. He will forever be my comfort and favorite YouTuber. He would want us to be happy, to laugh, to make jokes, and to hold our heads high.

He was truly the best MC player out there and an overall amazing person. I’m sure he’s up there peacefully resting, and watching over us. It’s been 4 years, I believe he won his fight, or it was a draw. Maybe he has a potato farm and/or carrots

I’m sure I speak for many that we all miss him so much and that we all keep his memory alive in our hearts, and by remembering him

‘Technoblade Never Dies!’ 🐷👑
We love you King, rest well. o7

Technoblade Never Dies !

To understand all the techniques he used, you gotta play Hypixel skyblock like 20/7

Here's the TL;DR

The original Skyblock was a custom challenge map for Minecraft where you had to survive on a floating island with incredibly limited resources. It underwent a few versions, going from a square to an L shape, then adding another island to make the Nether accessible.

This map, by far the most popular Minecraft map, led to a number of servers building upon the idea in a multiplayer framework.

Hypixel is basically a modded version of this. This still exists within the Minecraft framework, but all these minions, flycathchers, etc. are mostly all modded.

This year 2026, Hypixel released their own Minecraft clone/inspired game called Hytale.

Yes, that was our champion. He was gone before the movie even began production, but Technoblade IS Minecraft, as long as the community remembers, Techno will always be a guiding light. After all, he was an incredible person...

Where the potatoes go is you compress them into enchanted potatoes (160 potatoes each) and then compress them further into enchanted potato blocks (160 enchanted taters).
Mot importantly, just picking them up adds them to your collection total, which is the only part that actually matters in this context. Chucking them into the void will still get him to number one.

9:54 so this is a modded Skyblock server. Where the traditional Skyblock experience is a careful exercise in your management of limited resources, Hypixel Skyblock throws that out the window by giving you access to a hub world, connecting you to a ton of other players, allows you to farm pretty much anything you want, and lets you make gear that is so many times stronger than anything you can make in vanilla Minecraft. For potatoes, Techno said at the beginning that he was needing potatoes for Hot Potato Books, which in Hypixel Skyblock gives a very small percentage boost to equipment when applied, but each one costs a TON of potatoes to craft. He said he had enough Hot Potato Books early into this endeavor, and only continued due to wanting the #1 spot, but thanks to the hub and auction house, it’s pretty easy for him to to sell those Hot Potato Books that he is now making and no longer needs for a profit.

0:31  when you Sayed beloved. Yes he was loved by many including me. When U said that I just started tearing 😢. Man I miss his video's R.i.p

He chose to farm potatoes specifically because he saw squid kid bragging about being number 1 in potatoes. He started the war specifically to destroy him.
