Ingredients
• Cold unsalted butter — 1 cup (226 g)
• Granulated sugar — ½ cup (100 g)
• Brown sugar — ¾ cup (135 g)
• Eggs — 2 large (100 g total)
• Vanilla extract — 2 tsp (8 g)
• Blue gel food coloring — 1–1¼ tsp
• All‑purpose flour — 3¾ cups (450 g)

Instructions
1. Beat cold butter in a mixing bowl until slightly softened.
2. Add both sugars and beat until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in the eggs until the mixture is smooth.
4. Add vanilla and blue coloring and mix until fully combined.
5. Add the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
6. Fold in the mix‑ins like chocolate chips, cookies, and M&Ms.
7. Divide the dough into 12 equal balls(118–123 g before stuffing).
8. Flatten each dough ball and place one Oreo and one Chips Ahoy cookie inside, then seal completely. Each stuffed dough ball should now weigh 143–148 g.
9. Place the stuffed dough balls into a greased muffin pan.
10. Bake the cookies until the tops look set but still soft in the center.
11. Let them cool in the pan for a bit, then loosen the edges with a knife and lift them out gently.
12. Melt chocolate and spread it on top of each cookie.
