At the beginning of the video there was information about JVT, but afterwards it wasn’t mentioned at all. It’s really interesting — with families preferring it, its schools, and its parks, it’s on its way to becoming a little Dubai Hills. I think it’s one of the places worth investing in. Plus, there isn’t much supply either.

No one wants to live near a giant airport. Noise, pollution, traffic. Dubai South is meant to house airport workers, and will be constantly adding supply to make sure these workers can be housed affordably. The exact opposite of prime/rare. Dubai South made sense when it was cheap (i.e 700k to 1m for a 2 bed like Urbana by Emaar). Now the growth is already priced in (see rental yields, they're bad today in Verdana). This will never be a prime location : no waterfront, no landmark, etc.

One of the best info real estate videos! Well done 👍

I have checked the prices in Damac Hills Park Residence 4. The prices are closer to 1600/sqft not 1900 like you claim in the video.

Wonderfully explained 👏

Keep doing like that! Great info!

thank you

Good one

Very useful video … well done 👍

Can you do a more detailed analysis of DLRC please?

Excellent video. Where is Expo City in these? 🤔

Where do you put Dubai Science Park in all this ?

Can we share the presentation that you displayed in the video.

Dubai islands - didn’t mention air traffic noise ?
What about valley by Emaar ??

Do you deal with potential investors alone ? Or is it random brokers or employees

This "broker"

Development on PJ crescent with ONLY ONE ACCESS TUNNEL to the whole around Palm Jumeirah. Currently you have to spend 40 min to get out of Atlantis the Royal to the city without traffic jams  - yessss

Production city where are new developments, entrance to one more highway to be built in 1.5 years, new metrostation and etihad rail station anounced to be opened next year. With rental yeild 8-10% for a shitty apartment - nooooo, worst area of dubai.

Lol nice

Your opinion on Deyaar Park Five 2bhk ?

What about Al furjan ?

Jay, why do you speak with Eastern European  accent?
