The Agakhan is not just a person but much much more because Quran reveals Allah has taken upon Himself the responsibility to guide His followers for all times who had accepted His faith and Allah does not fail in His responsibilities. Connect this to the fact that there has been no one else except the Imam of the Time guiding those who accepted His faith since the time of Prophet Muhammad till date and similarly this will continue for all times - During the time of Prophet Muhammad, the Imam (Hazrat Ali) shared Prophet Muhammad's responsibilities and there are Hadith on record about Hazrat Ali is to Prophet Muhammad like Aaron (Haroon) was to Moses (Musa). Further, a living Imam can only be God and/or His light manifest because Allah has no associates - the Imam can only be Allah and/or a part of His light just as there were Imams before Prophet Muhammad such as Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Aaron, etc. Also, as per Quran, an Imam succeeds the Prophet just as Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, etc who were Prophets were subsequently designated by Allah as Imams and they also took charge of the Prophet's duties. Quran reveals that Imam is Allah and at various places reveals Hazrat Ali is Allah and His name al-Ali is also pronounced as Al-aaAla. Quran also reveals people were seeking face of the Rabb and/or Allah. Quran reveals living Imam/s are only appointed by Allah and/or His light manifest and tells people of faith to follow the creed of Abraham, an Imam, whose succession was hereditary (Tending to occur among members of a family usually by heredity) and this means follow the Imam because Prophet Muhammad was the last Prophet and Quran reveals there was an Imam vested with everything by Hazrat Ali and/or Prophet Muhammad to take over Prophet's responsibilities after his passing away.

And you are with your close minded mindset?, I am amazed how selective the mindset of some within the Ummah can be, I am not making anyone rich-have you ever heard of empowering people in your community-look for any Ismaili who is lacking in this world.
Our community has been self reliant for generations., I will assist as long as I am able to to better the life of others and not judge others both Ismailis and non Ismailies.
The Aga Khan does the same ask people who benefit from his institutions, if the average person is able to do in one year what he does in a month the world would be a much better place.
Peace

Lies of Agakhan are as high as Mountains. He is an atheist, concealed Islam and Quran from his followers, yet ordered them to use the fake ID of Islam for his created Cult of Hindu-Ismailism and use the fake ID of Shia Muslim. Yet he hated Muslims and Islam. His show off of Charity foundations - are his money making machines., not charity./Salaam/peace/ex-Ismaili.
