This is what the death penalty is for

The jury got it right!

May he feel the same terror his victim felt, when he meets prison justice.

THIS Is why the death sentence was created! He earned it

If there was ever a case that warranted the death sentence, it is this one. He is an absolute monster and a shame to humanity!

Needs to be straight out the door and one to the back of the head... when guilt is known to be 100%.

The state MUST not allow this punishment be delayed.

Athena’s little sister hugging her mom brought me to tears.

Every person who hurts a child should get the death penalty

Nothing will ever bring that little girl back. And now he will never be able to hurt another child ever again RIP Athena. Justice has been served.

Can we just carry out the sentence tonight, please?! He doesn't deserve another day of life, let alone another 10-20 years.
Well done, Jury.

This big ass monster killed this small little girl. I hope he doesn't sit for 40 yrs

@erinktoporski5068 4 months ago

I sincerely hope every state adopts the death penalty for any predator of a child.

This should be the fate of anyone who commits such crimes.

In Britain in the 60s when we had the death sentence the judge would say " You have been found guilty and sentenced to death you will be taken from this place and hung by the neck until dead" the sentence was carried out within 3 months no death row here. I wish we still had this sentence.

He is the worse piece of trash ever to know walking around society! Justice has been served ! Thank God no other child will suffer from him

I find the court process so inhumane for the victims family having to be quiet and civil to this beast. This man deserves a brutal ending.

This needs to happen sooner rather than later. Sadly he’ll probably live longer on death row than in general population,. Child molesters, killers don’t last long in prison.
