seeing a goodnight moon video without warm reds, golds and browns in the thumbnail made me think this was a different channel entirely.

Years of "smile, nod, hope it wasn't a question" have prepared me for this

alt title: Erin somehow speaks Simlish for 34 minutes

THIS IS SERIOUSLY AMAZING

1:42 video starts

dang cant believe green apples got turned transparent sometime between now and humans meeting aliens

I don't know what it is, the visual, the alien language with translation text, but something about this one scratches an itch at the back of my brain that few of these videos do. Somehow it seems more analog than the other ones? Either way it's really cool!

omg i feel like ive never seen erin in this colour palette before!! i luv the cool tones!

the way her alien words align sometimes phonetically with the translation i think is what makes this video better than other alien videos on yt

“area 51 is filled with dangerous and bloodthirsty aliens!”

the area 51 in question:

Really appreciate the subtitles, I love when gibberish ASMR has a “translation”. Very cool!

accepts head pats Yes, I am a good human.

Idk if this is an odd compliment, but Moon is really good at speaking gibberish! Like, it actually sounds like it could be another language. Not just a bunch of repeated words, or "common" gibberish. If that makes sense. I'm honestly impressed!

It's like french, chinese, and bibble from barbie all combined and made a new language 😂 I love it

Years of playing sims has prepared me for this conversation

At 2:08 It sounded like “Tu?” that in my language means “You?” it sounded so natural, so cute😂

Scared? I could never be scared around such a kind and whimsical alien like Greeble! Greeble sounds like friend and is shaped like friend, so is clearly friend.

For an ASMRtist who doesn't use greenscreens a lot, it's amazing how clean this is! Poor greenscreen can be so distracting, which is why I love that Erin tends to do practical backgrounds, which feel far more grounded. But it was barely an issue for me here and   really added to the unusual alien atmosphere, I love that she's experimenting!

Welcome to the goodnight moon universe Greeble!

Usually I dislike gibberish in asmr the language feels weird but somehow you always find a way to make every trigger pleasurable!

This sounds like Jawa-Japanese-simlish and I love it!
