2) Swap sugary drinks for water with honey, or seltzer with fruit.
3) Start reciting massive amounts of istighfar and la hawla wa la quwwatta illa biillah.
4) Eat high satiety foods like chicken, salmon, zabiha meat
5) Eat dates, olive oil, yoghurt, cucumber, salad etc.
6) Try to learn how to do proper pushups, squats, pullups, chin ups, barbell rows, presses (bench and overhead), lunges, and deadlifts. Try to schedule this in 3-4 x a week. 20 minutes
7) Fast and do cardio while fasting.
8) Get your sleep and hormones right.
