NO SKIPS! I have to say, if I’m not listening to the album, I’m watching reaction videos. It feels like I’m in a book club and we all going off on what this work of art means to us 🥲

I’m 35 and just buried my mom Tuesday. She was 64. This is a beautiful relationship to see. Much love. Also, Kendrick is the GOAT! 👑

Mom is pretty. Respectfully.

When Mom said baby I’m finna download this song I felt that 😂

Love when there’s an elder generation in these reactions that get hit with unexpected nostalgia. Their reactions are the most genuine. Shout out to your Moms for this one 🔥🔥

Your Idols become your Rivals. Im 55 years old. Lil Wayne lost it in the syrup when he was too shallow to Congratulate K-Dot.

Mom an OG she caught that ‘one mic ‘ feeling

Kendrick is/was the biggest Wayne fan. Back in 04 he had a mixtape rapping over Wayne beats passing them out all over Compton/LA. He's always paid homage to Wayne. Wayne (and plenty others) got on the internet crying about Wayne not performing without a congrats or nothing. Everyone was so worried about Wayne, nobody showed Dot love or respect for the work he put in to get here. I don't think he said it as a diss it was more so "Damn, you inspired me to do this and can't get no love"

Chillest mom on the planet

Sza been with TDE since 2013 and was the only women on the label until Doechii in 2022. Since they collaborated in the past and where label mates for so long it’s not shocking that she’s featured, but it also still is cause they’re both so great.

Lol he was probably like why mention her in the heart part 6 when I can just call her for some features 😂 I think y’all should go back and check out the BET TDE Cypher from 2013. Sza just got signed but she was standing in the back while the boys did they thing. It’s so crazy to see how far they all came.

IM WHAT THE CULTURE FEELING

SCORTCHING🔥🔥🔥🔥🏆

Moms said this reminds her of one mic !!! Not knowing it was a tribute to that !!! And that’s why yaw the best duo !!! Moms know what she talking about

Dude, id give anything to hang out with my mom like this. Cherish yo mama! 💯

People are tapping in to those old school samples.  Watch that Luther and Cheryl Lynn's 'If This World Were Mine' takeoff, and also SWV's 'Use Your Heart'.

Fun Fact: Pharrell and Chad(The Neptunes) produced Use Your Heart by SWV.
So that song is layered. Kendrick sampling a Pharrell R&B beat and continuing his The Heart Part series is a big "Watch This" to Drakey.

Great reaction. SZA is in TDE and that’s Kendrick’s old label and still great friends, as seen on the Pop Out show and heard on The Heart Pt. 6. I wanna say they have around 5 or 6 songs together now? He was on her debut ep and debut album. They had All the Stars on Black Panther, I believe she was on his untitled umastered project, and we got these two songs. Might also have both been featured on a Jay Rock album too? Probably

I loved “Gloria” so much you would think he’s talking about a woman but the whole time he was talking about his pen 🖊️ and how much he loves Music/Hiphop😌🤎🫶🏾✨ That man is an ARTIST

Kendrick’s just saying Wayne is one of the reasons Kendrick has worked so hard and been inspired. That hard work and inspiration are things that have lead him to be in a position to be chosen to perform at the superbowl. So the fact that lil Wayne of all people is the one being salty about Kendrick being chosen to perform at the superbowl is IRONIC, Kendrick wouldn’t have been chosen without the work lil Wayne put in. If Wayne hadn’t said it was snatched away from him, Kendrick probably woulda invited him to perform with him.

also, Wayne saying it was snatched away from him is disrespectful to Kendrick because he is invalidating all the work Kendrick put in, which Kendrick addresses in man at the garden. “I deserve it all”

The fact that manz made a entire great song abt his actual pen bamboozles me

And ngl reincarnated in def my favorite i love stories so for me to get like 3-4 different ones in one song is more than what i could ask for. it was just so much to imagine for me, which i love.
