Please video the engine tear down and rebuild those are some of my favorite videos you have done

Hey Matt, I don’t know if you remember but a little while back you sold my uncle a bunch of parts for his Harley. His name is Joshua Vuchetich, and his Harley is a 1937 knucklehead. He finally got it running and I got to be his first passenger. I just want to say thank you for selling him some parts because now I am hooked and in love with it.

Not sure what those YouTube algorithms are doing, but I've managed to overlook this video. Timing is perfect, though 🙂. Nothing is better than you guys going to town on a classic motorbike while we enjoy a cold one on the coach. Fun to watch this being restored to new condition. I'm not too much of a fan of the "survivor" genre, so watching this classic being restored to a more period correct piece with new paint and everything is awesome. Those raffle bikes never cease to amaze either. Those old motorbikes just puts a smile on your face (and some hair on the chest) when they fire up again for the first time after being hidden away, neglected and forgotten for decades. Love you guys to bits. After a stressful week, enjoying your teardowns and rebuilds, the Chris jokes and the educational history lessons is the perfect way to wind down and find the feet again. Cheers 🍺!

I've had dozens of Harleys over the past 40 years.  I've rebuilt and parted them out. I use to change the bolts to chrome Allen bolts. For years I saved the old bolts in 5 gallon buckets. There was nuts and bolts, brackets, and linkage for almost anything from the 40s till now. Watching Matt look at these parts and know what year and what they are for is amazing. I had to move about 25 years ago and had to get rid most of the stuff I had. Getting rid of 9 buckets of bolts was a lot of work.

A period representative bobber would be really cool!

I am not a bike guy, a car guy I am but I love what you do. In school in the early 80`s, my teacher bought broken tractors and used the best parts to build a running tractor. We then started collecting VW Beatle engines, fixed them and had all the teachers driving a Beatle  with problems, lots of them from the whole state " replace theirs with our fixed engines, fix theirs and build it back for almost no money. It went so well, the Newspaper did a story on us.

The second that engine turned I knew that baby would fire right up as is. It's very possible that the motor has not been cracked open since it was assembled in Milwaukee. Man what a beautiful knuckle!

How many knuckles have you bought back to life...thumbs up to you for saving so many rear machines

Restored !  I was made early in 46 and delivered in August of that year, and I would love to be restored, and don't look much better then that one right now !

Would love to see a patina bike or a period hot rod!

I can already hear it thumping.😁

Can’t wait to see the next  installment

Beehive?? 😜 That there's a tombstone sir! {Someone had to do it!} Respect.

I’d love to know if you guys actually get titles with these giveaway bikes or if it’s just “easy” to get titles for vintage bikes in NC.  Love the channel guys.

Christmas came early for you guys by the looks of it. I love the passion you guys show for every old bike you bring back to life.

I think it would be fun to see you restore it. However, it would be cool to see a bike that was fully restored and to have added some of the chopper aspects, pipes, saddlebags something like that to make it unique. Something like when someone came home from WW2 and made their bike pop. Just my two cents. No matter what you guys do a great job and I enjoy your show.

Love the pipes !!

All in on restoring it.

On my bucket list is to visit the museum.
