Ludwig hating Paris is the proof that he is French

Ludwig constantly reminding us that he’s French like we forgot lmao

ludwig never fails to speak french any moment he can

As a French ppl this is the most American video I’ve ever seen, « everything is too close to drive and too far to walk », public transport exist for that reason

Ludwig feels like the kind of guy to expect France to be good.

Lud has very European heritage but let’s be honest, he’s one of the most american Americans to american

As a French, It's always funny to see how ludwig is proud of his french

I studied French for 8 years in middle and high school and college, passed AP French and took Advanced French Conversation in college. Every time I ran into French people working as a busboy or waiter they told me my French was amazing and have I been to France.

I went to France when I was 22 and INSTANTLY had an existential crisis because nobody could understand me and I DEFINITELY couldn't understand anybody, and I felt like everything I had ever been told by everyone about my French was a lie. I got so angry I stayed in Europe for 16 months and forced everyone in France to talk to me in French, repeated "Please don't speak to me in English I didn't come here to speak English" a million times to all the French who try to speak English when I opened my mouth, and then when I came home went back to college and switched my major from from Pre-Med to Linguistics & French Language.

Today I know I actually do speak good French bc when I start speaking French to French people, they don't speak English but French as if I'm fluent. Totally worth it.

But then when I started learning Chinese, within 2 days EVERY Chinese person lost their mind like I'm fluent. It's only the French who need you to be C1 level French to have any respect for you (which I certified HAVE as of 2018 btw)

One thing in France is that you need to say "Hello/Bonjour, please/s'il vous plait, Thank you/Merci". If you just put your shit in a table and show you credit card it's just the rudest thing you can do.

This man takes so much pride in his mistakes. In a weird way, I respect it.

"too close to drive but too far to walk" ludwig please google paris metro next time

Anyone who's not french : Paris sucks bro
Non-parisians french : Paris sucks bro
Parisians : Paris sucks bro

Ludwig: everything is too close to drive and too far to walk
Basically anyone: and the metro?

Ludwig: i speak french at a professors level
Also ludwig: i speak like a 6 year old

Most American thing ever "Too close to drive and too far to walk" like if public transport does not exist.

Im only 15 seconds in, but Ludwig seems to have picked up a Russian accent in France.

Lud’s mistakes are getting more and more expensive

0:40 i really heard "I've been touching myself all week"💀

bro really went to France and expected it not to be a mistake

Its funny how Ludwig speaks english in an Italian accent pretending to be french
