Don’t get discouraged y’all who are like me (broke lmao), the only thing you actually need to study The Bible is The Book itself, a pencil and paper. Although gotta admit, some of this is great aid for focusing

I highlight a lot too, because sometimes it's all good!

I mean all the words are special 😂 but those Mr pen highlighters are my favorite!

I have tried the highlighting technique you use and I actually really love it for the same reasons you described.

I put a read date on verses as I finish reading. Then if I read the same section again, I again put the date on it. It helps, because I too forget what I have already read.

I love majestic Bible tabs, i have used them on many of my Bibles, they are very good quality, still holding up beautifully, no rips on the pages, i highly recommend them. Xx

Thanks for showing all these products. I love Mr. Pen items too! The Micron pens are one of my favorites for Bible journaling. I love washi tape also and the ones you showed are so pretty! Adding them to my list now!

I was a nurse for 40 years, then covid got me. The neurologist said my brain as the same as someone with a TBI. I also have ADHD. I fully understand what you are going through.

Finally found a sister in the Lord who has a TBI from an auto accident (3 months after another TBI) so I completely understand this video! And I truly appreciate your work for the Lord Jesus. Sometimes one can feel alone in our trials, however our gracious God helped me when you said yours was from an accident. May His blessings pour out and anoint you in serving Him and even when you rest in Him.

i’m working on a new Bible project and was just headed to Amazon to get some pink tabs, perfect timing for your video! It was fun seeing your haul. ❤️❤️

This was fun to watch-I enjoy seeing what other sisters in Christ are buying and how we are all using our Bibles❤ I really love how you are using art inspiration to study, I do too. The one thing I have been doing differently is cutting my own tabs. I use either colored copy paper-the Mr Pen paper at Walmart is nice. For my prayer Bibles, I cut them 1 1/4 x 1" then fold on the 1 1/4 " I round the corners and washi all my pages for strength. I find that smaller size is perfect for also using my Prayer Bible to study. Thank you for sharing, it is always a pleasure to love our Lord with you. Another commentary series that is actually fun is by J Vernon McGee, Thru The Bible Commentary Series. I used to listen to his Thru The Bible radio broadcasts. I like the individual books because I can make notes in them. ❤

Amazon Haul??!? I had no idea that existed. 😊

@tkemp710 1 month ago

I love this video ❤ I love seeing others’ hauls for Bible journaling/study supplies. What I’d like to see is you testing writing pens and then highlighting over your pen to see if they smudge. I’m having trouble finding good pens to write in my Bible and notes for study that I can highlight without it smearing 😢

I love the Sharpie highlighters in pastel…wish they had more colors in light colors! Thank you for sharing!

I use Mr Pen, they work perfect for Bibles.

A Commentary I bought years ago and the more I use it, the more I like it. The 2-volume set of “The Bible Knowledge Commentary” by Walvoord and Zook. It has the commentary printed in line AROUND the (NIV) text (which is bolded to distinguish it from the commentary) and is very easy to understand.
