I have severe ptsd and have struggled to stay alseep and nightmareless ever since I can remember. For the last few nights ive been watching this series while trying to fall asleep and Ive found that it helps a lot. It gives the idea of sleep a way less scarier look. Thank you for making this :)

Had a panic attack for the second time of my life and never felt so paranoid in my life. Was genuinely spiraling. Thanks for easing that thought away

Your voice and overall presence are so wonderful! It really feels like I have a friend to listen to, even when I'm just working by myself :)

My stress and insomnia thank you for the relief your content provides.

500 subs does not justify this quality. There are countless thousands of forever world viewers out there, they just haven't found you yet.

I wanted to thank you for making such sweet content. I have been looking for something like this where it kind of feels like I am talking to a friend over the phone, just letting me be at ease. To let my brain stop overthinking.. and let everything else, the pain, the sadness, the struggles that I have been going through not breaking through your gentle words as I lay here to try to sleep. So again.. thank you. Here is to hoping that the nightmares stay away with your gentle kindness.

I watch your channel almost every night so I can feel safe when I sleep. Its almost like that comforting feeling of falling asleep while friends or family are still talking in the next room. Its hard sometimes. I have PTSD, no support, and work full time. I would not be able to make rent if I worked less and my remaining family would not take me in. It is such a privilege to be loved and supported by relatively emotionally healthy parents and I feel like it is something that societally we do not talk about enough. In truth, I almost envy my friends with stable parents and boring lives. I am happy for them (which confuses them lol), but I also long for that sense of safety, support, and connection that I never really had. Thank you for all that you do. Even just a friendly voice can help a lot.

I love these types of videos, my favorite game while someone talks not so loudly, easy for me to drift off to sleep to, so thank you 😊

Egush, I think it would be really cool if you made an episode with just the ambient sounds around you. I feel like it'd be super relaxing. Your videos always make my day, so please keep recording! You're doing an amazing job. Take care of yourself and keep being awesome!! <3

Hey, I just wanted to say thank you for the videos you post. I’ve been in the hospital for a month now, and I haven’t been able to sleep much. One of the staff members played one of your videos for me, and I actually managed to fall asleep. I struggle with panic attacks and suicidal thoughts, and your videos really help me a lot. I’m genuinely grateful for what you do. ❤
