Que Deus abençoe essa familia
1° adiciono um envelope de suco em pó do mesmo sabor da gelatina ( acentua o sabor)
2° invés de água e leite em pó, ponho 250 ml de leite. ( Fica mais cremoso)
3° Na batedeira adiciono 1 colher de emulsificante e 1 colher de liga neutra
4° No de morango adiciono chocolate ralado.
Essa receita é muito versátil já fiz sorvete de vários sabores e até vendi por um tempo. ❤❤
