Test the water, Test the Grounds dirt, Test the buildings materials to make sure it was not contaminated with something extremely bad and abandoned for that reason!

Tip for the unknown; Never ever smell liquid you know nothing about. 😎👌❤️

Just a suggestion for lawn and brush control, I would get at least as dozen of the biggest goats you can find as they will naturally consume the under brush and weeds that invade the farm. Also they naturally fertize the property. You don't have to purchase the goats, but lease them or make a lawn management agreement with a local goat farmer. They often prefer to have them eat wild rather than grainfed.

There has to be a Bunker on that property somewhere, and i bet there is hidden caches buried on that property they missed to dig up when leaving or might of left them all if they left in a hurry or just grew old, people that had homesteads like that, would always burry caches, and i guarantee there is a bunker somewhere on the property

An abandoned property with a house with power still connected (freezer with frozen food) I call Bull Hockey. Something is not right but still makes for fantastic YouTube

You should name the dump truck Clifford like the big red dog so he can be apart of the pack! 💛

This is the one channel that my wife and i look forward to watching together.  Amazing property ladies!

VWs, with 80K on your newfound dump truck it only has 48,000 miles on it which means there are roughly 352,000 miles of use left before possible engine refresh! Since 1986 it's only been broken in! What a find! Congrats and kudos!

The short version on Edveros: they build luxury homes in a closed factory environment to ISO and Swiss engineering standards, then deliver them fully finished to your site anywhere in the world. The quality control you get from a factory environment vs a muddy building site is the whole argument.

For an abandoned house that's in pretty good shape from 1st walkaround. The forest hasn't entered the house yet!

You 2 ladies are unlike any women I know or have met  /. There’s not a job or task you don’t complete and to tackle heavy equipment is amazing /.  I look forward to each new episode and what new project you’re gonna accomplish. Don’t ever loose that desire you both have cuz you are truly inspirational

My grandmother aka granny was a strong woman. Born in 1915 World War one was in full swing and 14 when the great depression rolled around. Unwed and pregnant at 16 she really had some big struggles. Family was and is everything and she taught me something I will take to my grave. She said simply, "when something breaks you can either learn to fix it yourself or pay someone to fix it for you"! Granny out lived mom, which I know it just about killed her to endure that but, she lived till 2009 just 2 days before moms birthday, age 93. I can't begin to tell you two young ladies how proud I am to see you working like you do. You are such lighthearted and carefree souls. You sure breathed new life back into that old dump truck! I wish you all the blessings the heavens can offer you and keep up the good fight.

Also to anyone complaining about it being an old video, or stuff they’ve already seen before, calm down. This is something they do every once in awhile to just recap what they’ve done so far, and it also helps bring in new audience members, gets them interested and to come back for more, or to get watching old stuff.

That’s how it happened for me last year. I got hooked on a recap video (as my first time watch) and made me watch all 100+ videos that I’ve missed, and now I’m here for good. So please take it easy and just enjoy the content, cause they could’ve just decided to not upload anything and left us hanging.

We appreciate you Jaz and Crystal 💜

The problem with this video is that was posted only 2 weeks ago and I NEED MOOOOORE 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

This new place has content for years, so happy watching you two smile playing on the big toys.

I purchased 20 acres of land with a 4 acre spring fed pond.  It was so overgrown with hardwood trees.  I asked a timber company to come and look.  They cut down all the trees that I wanted them to and left what I did not.  Paid me thousands.  The equipment was really huge.  There were maybe 20 men on site with huge cutters, haulers, shredders, trucks, etc.  That would have been helpful to these gals.

You should use magnetic sweepers across the property if you haven't already
