I really love how fair you are at rating and reviewing those games. It's not beating down small devs (for those few games that are made by them) and it's actually giving advice on how to improve. That's really sweet Kaif.
As it turns out, making a game that’s just a copy of something popular, but worse, is not a recipe for success. The raft clone at least had the decency to twist the formula by changing the objective. Soullessly ripping off lethal company and making worse phasmophobia. It’s just insulting.
Tbf to sazar he's not entirely wrong when he says epileptics dont have a ton of money. I am epileptic and it limits me so much on finding a job or keeping a job. A lot of companies in the uk just dont want to take the risk of having epileptic staff and can just refuse you. Yes disabled folks are protected by certain laws to make it so you can find a solid job but that only applies if your disability isnt an active safety hazard.
0:19 What most devs and greedy companies do when their game doesn't work.
It's the go-to excuse of every greedy game company like Actifraud to blame the players internet connection and not the game's buggy lazy game design. New buggy updates with the new bugs that are added but the previous ones aren't fixed 🤦😤
He's not wrong about the Epilepsy bit as I have occipital Epilepsy. I had to look away from the screen until Kaif said "not anymore".
Epilepsy meds cost a lot, especially when you take two doses a day and add Ativan if needed. So you're half right about the money thing because a lot of it goes to meds and buying games is a rare luxury for me and my brother. Best we can get is store items from a free game, like platinum in Warframe. I know, Warframe is probably the worst game for an occipital epileptic but I know how to pace myself. I've been a gamer for longer than having epilepsy, and that's 24 years of epilepsy out of 29 years of my life 😂
Kaif, if you actually read this, please add an Epilepsy warning to the next video that has these flashes, be it in the intro or before you play the game in your VO and summary.
3:30 and this, right here, is an exactly why we have Port and Starboard. No matter what direction your facing, if you understand what side of the ship it's referring to, you'll always be able to orient yourself as directed regardless what direction your facing or where your mind's at.
New person here, just found your channel. I love how you give it a good shot, you play the game and learn about it, and leave a thought out review. It's better than just saying 'well this game sucks' and leaving it there.
