The shrimp won't care, rule #1.

I must say this video has been my biggest inspiration to start breeding, ive been keeping fish on and off for about 3-4 years. i think its about time for my hobby to start paying me back 😂

As I sit and watch my shrimp until my back breaks 😂 they’re fascinating and addictive ❤

I just found your channel, I have had aquariums for years but no shrimp.  I am retired now and it looks like a good side business that wouldn’t cost much to get started.  I am in Texas so my biggest problem is keeping them cool.  I thank this hobby is pretty new to the US.

Just move in the UK last 2 months ago and we're from the Philippines. The weather there is really warmer obvioisly because it is a tropical country and I breed bettas and had a community of cherry shrimp with some pink danios on a 20 gallon tank. To make the comment short, I want to continie my hobby keeping shrimps and subtropical small fish or fish that can live in colder water. Lovely content, more power to your channel, and give him some love guys by subscribing. The channel has imformative, and helpful contents. Wondering why so few Subs on such awesome channel.

You and your wife are my kinda people ❤

Yo we are just getting started with shrimp - privately for display and breeding.. this vid is so real and down to earth! It gives me hope that i can actually make a good side income to a part time job. thanks :)

I love shrimp, I might be a wee tiny bit obsessed. But still, after all I've seen, I have to say, neo's are my favorites! They just seem to have more character or something. They're the little type A personality guys that are always bright, cheery and active in my tanks.

Richard, you did an awesome job with this video.  I am retired and want to turn my aquarium hobby into a side gig selling shrimp and dwarf Mexican crayfish to local retailers here in Dallas.  You have given me some great ideas for setting up a small breeding operation using simple plastic tubs.  This one idea alone will greatly reduce my initial costs for setup.  In addition, you answered many of the questions I had regarding water quality management.  You made me realize I was initially trying to overengineer the expansion.  Keep up the great work.

By far the most honest and helpful video i've ever seen. Thank you!

This video is gold! You are getting your 2000th thumbs up from me.

No sé inglés pero he visto el video con subtítulos y la verdad he aprendido mucho, es demasiada información en pocos minutos!!! Excelente video, vivo en NJ USA y me he animado a empezar en este negocio, gracias 🙏🏼

Such a great and informative video. It's so true selling $1 to $3 shrimp gets the quantity of sales over high end $50 shrimp. Love the breeding tub idea, great video and can't wait for the next one

As many others have said I too have been trying to figure out if I should get into breeding and selling fish and shrimp. It would be nice to profit off of my favorite hobby. You have inspired me to take the next step. Awesome video Thank you so much!

Thanks for the advice dude very helpful

I'm waiting for my red and blue shrimps :) can't wait to get them

This was one of the best YouTube videos I have watched in such a long time. Honest & to the point 👍

Just learned about this business. Thank you for being transparent and informative with this video and not gatekeeping. Definitely plan on using your videos/book if i do pull the trigger on shrimp breeding

One of the better, more realistic video’s. I really appreciate the relaxing background music too haha. And nice because in in the Netherlands, so UK is more relatable. Thanks for the content!
