We were on this cruise…..diabolical is too good a word to describe it! 😡😡😡

I and many others were on this cruise, I would say that this guy filming is being quite generous, probably my 20th cruise and by far the worse, service, food and attitude of staff horrendous, i would urge anyone to think twice before booking  Britannia honestly it was appallingly, and after 100s and 100s of guests complaining P&o have finally admitted it and offered some compensation, for which most people have refused !!

We were in this cruise, it was terrible

They obviously turned it around after the issues as we got back and had a brilliant time - food, service and ship were excellent. We did discuss before we flew that would we still want to go if we were stuck in Barbados for 2 weeks and decided we would. Booked again for next year

Seems to me that most of the activities onboard were just not for you as you said. Did you not research the activities before you went. Break downs happen. Most reviews and videos I have seen about this ship have been positive.
You had one bad cruise and think it’s appropriate to try and put people off.

We were on the Britannia last year.   We had the most amazing time.   The service was excellent,  the food was good and very consistent in the main  dinning room, the buffet was busy at peak times, but we would try to avoid the peak times,.we also ate in the Epicurean and it was amazing, yes the areas around the pools were always busy, but we could always find a sun lounger elsewhere.  Our cabin was clean and comfortable and our cabin steward went out of his way to help us.  Sindu the food is absolutely delicious and so is the glass house tapas food. We were always served by waiters with a smile.  There were times when we wait a little while to be served. But generally we had no issue.   Such a shame you've felt so negative about everything.  Quite honesty I think you've shared enough.

Was on this cruise.  It was a complete shambles from start to finish . Is there an collective action group or link . To get fully deserved FULL REFUND from this farcical cruise . It was a shambles

Why go on a cruise when you're unhappy with P&O

Do not go on Britannia. Broken engines, lieing Captain, leaking AC into buffet food, bedding not changed, pool full of vomit, 45 min queues for drink nye, ran out of food & drinks … bottled water too, island visits cancelled & a 52 hour return flight via Dominican Republic. Ohh add in p & Omg washing their corporate hands with a full financial payback. Future cruisers on this doomed ship must be deluded or nuts. Avoid conning P & O

We were on this cruise…..or should I say Cruise From Hell!! Never again will I step foot on Britannia!!! 😡😡😡
