Please note
Unfortunately, there are many sellers falsely claiming to be "authorized dealers" or "official retailers."
It seems that anyone can easily claim to be such a seller, and online malls are currently unable to crack down on them.
Shonin-ya is an authorized OTTOCAST dealer with the highest sales record in Japan, and has even exhibited at the Japan Mobility Show. If you purchase from another store, you may not receive technical support or support from Japanese staff. There have been many cases of fraud, so we recommend purchasing from Shonin-ya (see description section) to ensure you're safe!
