Accused school shooter Colt Gray's mother, Marcee Gray, took the stand and testified against his dad, Colin Gray. Marcee described the troubles Colt had growing up and her own struggles with drugs. She also spoke about her relationship with his father and losing custody of her kids. The mother told the jury about his behavior immediately before the deadly Apalachee High School shooting massacre.

When you listen to the facts of how this kid grew up, and disregard the self-preserving lies from both parents, especially the Dad….it’s pretty disturbing.

Since when is it OK to "joke" about school shootings? She says Colt might just have been "joking" about getting in touch with a school shooter. This is so disturbing.

Both parents are disturbed imo. The father showed no sympathy (from 1st interview with police) and at any other time that weve seen. The mother is an addict. The 2 younger children have my prayers for their future.

That boy didnt have a chance with parentsl like this!. Lack of parenting played a huge part in thev killing of those kids

Both parents keep blaming lack of insurance for why they never took him to a doctor. Yet they borrowed $ from family for everything else. They didn't take him because they were afraid of what he'd tell the doctor's about THEM.

The mother's victim mentality, when her child murdered four people, is repulsive. Not a shred of sympathy or even concerned tone on such a somber occasion.
