In our performance-oriented society, we are constantly bombarded with an enormous number of messages that can lead to the feeling that whatever we do, however we are, is not enough. The result is a subliminal sense of rush and pressure, as well as a critical and devaluing relationship with ourselves. How can we protect ourselves and develop balance in these times through targeted, self-effective strategies?
