I expected her to be strong in stellar swirl and freeze teams. I also expected her interrupt resistance to be key in endgame. I didn't expect her to be this strong in Sandrone teams which was cool. Though I also didn't expect her healing to be just okay. In this video I also go over less popular teams that I've been playing as well as thoughts on current and future potential. There's many things I think people underrated about her but also I think her future potential could be reliant on more Stellar reactions coming. If we do get more, then great. But if not her future prospects could be overrated as more specialised supports release. 🤔

in this house we love Kokofish and Vodyfish

I'm happy when not everything is doomposting. I like Vodyanitsa and would've pulled her even if she was bad, but I'm glad she's good. I know I'm in the minority, but there are people who watch and consume meta-centric content just to see how we can get the most out of our favorite units and properly understand their kits. Thank you for making these videos!

Thank you for the great review. I love your takes and how objective but still honest you are. I have been enjoying vodyanitsa and in both overworld and Stygian, she’s been worth it for me!
Thank you again!!!

Finally, Big love <3

Characters performs better than expected when you actually test them and not only sheet/feelscraft them NOWAYING

Jamie last soldier shielding us from the agenda, good video 🫡

The Kokomi comparison is real, but I think a really really big part of the online discourse was people seeing the calcs showing the team damage was "worse" than c6 Faruzan on a c0r0 vesna + traveler + odette team, and deciding that meant Vodyanista was bad.

But then I realized that's only if you have c0r0 mid built vesna, use cmc and actually build them to contribute a meaningful portion of team damage, use vv on faruzan so that can actually happen, and then you don't have any IR/sustain, etc...

1:31 She's similar to Citlali, yes.
But Citlali was released with Mav. And at the time, Mav is a league ahead of other DPS and Citlali's alternatives are just trash. Mav Overload wasn't a thing because Ororon and Iansan were not playable.

Vod was released with Vesna. And it's hard to justify pulling c0 Vesna when most people can get c1/c2 Mizuki. Most people with Skirk would rather pull Skirk consts/sig instead of getting a new support that replaces a 4th slot.

I see Skirk upgrade, I pull. Simple as that.

Yeah, there's only so much to speculate with the Tsaritsa and such, but I really do think there's a high chance she'll function very differently from either Sandrone or Odette, and it only makes sense to give Vodyanitsa's Freeze side more to do in the current meta. Or, who knows, maybe they'll do some rimegrass stuff and tack on Dendro res to her passive. Either way I think there's more to Vodyanitsa with how odd her place in the meta is. It's not like I want powercreep, but with how basically every support recently has been, her current power level feels off. I pulled both her and Vesna, despite having a built C2 Mizuki, and I look forward to how their core might change as the region goes on.

I find her strong, comfortable, and very adorable. I don't regret the pull at all (but realistically, this is a question more appropriately answered in a few months).

Thank you brother, i was so focused on pulling on "the best" characters lately that i forgot to pull for the ones i just like, no matter what. Im just a stingy bastard who's overthinking to pull for a C0 Character even when he has 30k+ Primos xd

Banger video.

My Skirk dire clear with Shenhe: 117s

My Skirk dire clear with Vodyanitsa first try: 100, with retries I got 92s..!

I didn't expect Vodyanitsa to be so insane! I feel bad for my Shenhe though.

I think...
Vod TOM (artifact) +  TTDS (3 star weapon)
Vod is easy to build QOL and one of the best cryo hydro and Stealler Swirl shredder.
if any new people lacking support its an excellent 10/10 pull.

I'm happy with my Vodya, she feels so useful for both Sandrone and Vesna in my account
I'm very tempted to get her weapon, it would make the rotations a bit more flexible, but I should really save for Anastasya and Danica

Some viewpoints are plugged by quest-specific items. Finish the quest to unlock the viewpoint.

I know that most people who call new characters T5 do it as a joke, but I also feel like it leaves a permanent scar on a characters reputation. Characters like Vodyanitsa, Lohen, and Varka are talked about as if they are completely useless while in reality they are good, but not the strongest characters.
Vodyanitsa came out being BIS in some of the strongest teams, and one of the better options in some other strong teams. But some people are still saying shes bad.

Do I think she is worth the pulls for every account?
No, Vesna and Skirk are the only characters I think really want her, but they still have good alteratives you might already have or are at least more f2p friendly even if they are worse. Vodyanitsa is a luxury pull, but she is still good.

I have Vesna C0R1, missed odette because i came back when ineffa flins was out. Should I get vod too?

when she gets her dedicated artifact set and becomes even stronger >>>>>
