Exactly what I was looking for! I just received my Nano with ND filters and was planning to shoot some footage on my motorcycle. This helped me a lot. Thanks!!

Thank you brother your vlog is very helpful.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Thank you very much for your answer and warmth! The pleasure was mine to watch. Much success in the future!

These are the videos that help me make decisions. Thank you so much for this.

Enjoyed your style and thoroughness, and choice of what are ultimately everyday mundane tests. Actual real world stuff. Super helpful video, I’m going for the push-on VND from Smallrig + 4X shutter (as opposed to 2X in 180° rule) for path of least resistance. Great work fellow nerd. Ride safe, shiny side up

Thanks a lot for this test!

Best video, thank you

Subbed and stoked-many thanks for this great breakdown 🔥

Nice video, thanks! I subscribed with your Osmo Nano video, having bought one recently. I’m an amateur, but a nerdy one, so this was fun too. I like your knowledgeable common sense approach. Keep it up!

Cool

I forgot to add that I am wearing the camera on my chest using the Magnetic Neck Mount (which came in the box with the camera)

Thank you 🙏 my man ! Subbed

thank you!

Good test

Thanks very much for spending so much time and effort to share the different settings footage. I wish we could fix ISO to 100 and not 100-800.

Thanks a lot, you got me on the nerd part haha. Anyway, I think you would love it as a POV cam on riding bike in the motorcycle test topic, you got the velocity zoom feels and it is stable cause our head already has neck stabilization hahaha. Just my two cents.

Nd filter and slow shutter is just way better. Thanks for the test.

Thanks for the review! I've noticed you didn't swap filters and will retained the correct exposure (I'm guessing for simplicity) which probably means you accepted some higher ISO at lower shutter speeds. Quality was still great.
There is always a tradeoff but if you're dealing with a lot of shake and are willing to go as high as 120, shooting in 60 fps may help that stabilization. I know, it's an acquired taste, but I come from FPV so I got used to that look. That and using Gyroflow in certain situations really helps especially because you can control the horizon and smoothness after the fact.

I agree. I rarely put an ND on my action cameras. I have a minimum shutter of 1/100 as well and it’s very stable. 1/50 gives you a lot of jitters even on flat roads while walking.

rocksteady off is surprisingly good.
Its Ultra wide so its barely noticeable in a casual walk. In facts its like its adding a bit of energy to the shot.
