This time, my husband and I took a 1-night, 2-day hot spring trip to Todaya, a long-established inn in Toba City, Mie Prefecture, founded in 1830 (Tenpo 1).

Despite its excellent location, just a short walk from Toba Station and easily accessible by car, the inn boasts a variety of unique hot springs!

We enjoyed a luxurious bathing experience, including the famous open-air bath, private baths, and bedrock bath, and savored exquisite cuisine featuring fresh seafood from the Ise-Shima region.

It was a wonderful inn where we could refresh both our minds and bodies in a tranquil, historic setting.
