I have to say - The "Rubber-Band" has a special Place, Rent free,  in my Head for Moving with the Gun from one Position to the next, ever since you reprogramed my Brain in one of your Classes.
Vielen Dank für ein weiteres wertvolles Video!

Practice shit you hate most 🙏 GOOD

Every time I see Joey I think of Val Kilmer in Top Gun. ❤ it!!

I also just uploaded a video on athleticism lol. Awesome content as always Joey!

I'm getting Tony Horton P90X vibes. . . and I kinda dig it.

Is that float quartz on the hill behind you? Call Jeff Williams.

One more tip. Use wrist weights during dry fire. Not all the time, just the first half or so. Draws, transitions, reloads.

I’m not sure why more competition shooters don’t work on fitness. It’ll only help them be better at the craft. I’ve seen so many shooters who look like they are one cheeseburger away from a heart attack and they get winded from just “making ready.” There is a reason the military stresses fitness and it’s not for the cool uniforms to fit better.

Joey is the coolest though lol

I am starting CrossFit next Tuesday to help with competitions.  I workout about 4 days a week but i need someone to yell at me to do agility and cardio stuff. I know there are out of shape shooters that destroy me each match. But at 46, I will take all the help i can get.

holy shit stabilize the video

Weve seen some top shooters who cause earthquakes on course. So ill just keep eating my mcdonalds and drinking my redbull 🤪
