The Simpsons Season 18, Episode 5, titled "G.I. (Annoyed Grunt)" (also referred to as "G.I. D'oh").

Episode Overview
The Setup: Two US Army recruiters visit the Springfield Mall and attempt to recruit the town bullies—Jimbo, Dolph, and Kearney.
The Rejection: After the three teenagers completely reject the pitch, one of the frustrated recruiters famously remarks, "Even the dumbest teenagers in the dumbest city in the dumbest U.S. state do not want to join the Army."
The Pivot: Realizing teenagers are too difficult to persuade, they decide to target younger children.
They visit Springfield Elementary School and hold a surprise assembly.
The Trick: They show a highly stylized, high-tech video game-like recruitment film to trick the elementary students into signing a "Delayed Entry Program" contract, which legally enlists them into the military the day they turn 18.
When Marge finds out Bart signed the pre-enlistment contract, she sends Homer to the recruitment office to cancel it.
In true Homer fashion, the recruiters end up tricking him into enlisting instead.
