I found your channel when I gave birth to my son and couldn't sleep in the hospital. Needless to say I binged everything to get through those first rough nights and it's crazy to think it's been almost six years since that time and now my child watches the videos with me

"some of you like the rambling" jrose has come a long way and now understand his audience, it feels like yesterday when he tought people wouldnt like to hear  "and then i use struggle" for 2 hours

25:40 The Badge Boost Glitch rant is 10/10 content

You telling me I get to see Pokémon after my hard day??? Hell yeah

Started watching your videos when I was stuck at home for COVID. Now I'm watching them because I'm stuck at home in a snowstorm.
Glad you're still here and still making these, I've enjoyed every one.

12:21 I remember this channeler was a brick wall in the Eevee run half a decade ago, fun to see them pop up again!

I snorted loudly when I saw the name “Fastsis”.

I'm here for the rambling.  Who else loves hearing Jrose ramble?

A little bedtime Jrose speedrun never hurt anybody

To end the "badge boost glitch is a glitch" conversation.

We need a video... "Is it possible to beat Pokémon red/blue without triggering a badge boost glitch?"

Then the augment will be solved. Can it be done? Probably. Would you need to jump through 1000 hoops and prove how hard it would be to not use BBG? Yes

You have helped me through some tough times with addiction, I am now sober.

Thank you and god bless you.

I'm still hoping after these runs you do a big "example run" where you show a full playthrough and note all the stuff you do - every item you pick up and where, the trainers you fight or ignore, HM Pokémon and moves etc. Like your little explanation of using Dig and having it for Paras is super interesting and I'd love to see a "how to solo Pokémon Red and Blue" general tutorial someday so that people who watch these and wanna do a run can see all the stuff you do and know why you do each thing you do 😊

I clicked on this faster than Slowbro... which isn't a very high bar.

Bro, I plowed snow for 15 hours today. And I'm going back in 5 hours, thank you for this.

My favorite take on the "interrupting cow" knock knock joke:

Knock Knock
Who's there?
Interrupting Pokemon
Interrupting Pokemon who?
...(pause)...Slowpoke

I love that both amnesia and badge boost are "broken", just in different ways

Hey everyone, how’s it going?

Love seeing you uploaded! Slowbro is such an underrated mon
