It should be illegal to move a handicapped cabin to a standard cabin. The guest can't use the features of the new cabin

We pay extra to pick our own cabin too! The reason I do this mainly is because I don't want a connecting room or a room next to an elevator! They owe these people some money. Another reason to keep me from cruising as much.

Don, as reported in other videos, with cruise lines booking up two 2 yrs ahead, you will find this happening more and more so the cruise lines can get more money for those cabins that were booked a year or two earlier. Over booking will happen more as well so the cruise lines can get more money for the cabins booked earlier. This should not be allowed.

People need to start sticking together. And crushing these cruise lines for their wrongdoing. Big lawsuits need to go out. Make them pay and do what's right.

I have had clients offered a better cabin in the past because a loyal customer wanted their cabin. But if you paid for a specific cabin it is yours. If they move you to a poor location say no, I am not moving. If they won’t listen tell them to cancel your reservation without penalty.

I book cruises 1-2 years out, just when they publish the schedule. I pick unusual cabins. Corners, cabins added in retrofits. By the sailings time the prices usually DOUBLE. I would be Royally pissed if they tried to move me last moment. Of course unless its loft suite I'd be going to 😂

Mobility issues, motion sickness, handicapped, light sleeper--all these people pay more to choose a specific cabin. They should offer everyone changed a complete refund and a deal on a future cruise.

And if you do not like The room they give you after you picked your own room. It should be a full refund. No exception.

You also might get an obstructed view balcony. If I book a balcony, I don't want the view obstructed! Yes, if I pay extra to choose, I would expect a refund or room credit.
